- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for caregivers
- Communicate schedule changes or cancellations in a timely manner
- Treat Solura Home Care staff with respect and dignity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if safety or respect standards are violated.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Changes
- Service schedules are agreed upon in advance
- Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service limitations

6. Payments & Fees
- Fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service initiation
- Payments must be made according to the agreed billing terms
- Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services
Solura Home Care reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Solura Home Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients
- Services are provided “as is” based on agreed care plans
